Intercollegiate Athletics

Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology recognizes the importance athletics can play in a student’s life. From competitive to recreational to educational, athletics enables personal growth, develops leadership skills and demonstrates the importance of effort and teamwork—on and off the field.

Thaddeus Stevens student-athletes compete at the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) level. Occasionally, student-athletes are recruited offered scholarships to continue their playing careers at NCAA affiliated colleges and universities.

At the heart of Stevens athletics is the Multipurpose Activity Center (MAC), a 61,000 square foot activity center which houses a gymnasium, two racquetball courts, an elevated 110-meter track, coaching offices, a training center, locker rooms and a state-of-the-art fitness center, complete with free weights and various other workout equipment.
